Ben Drury became a household name in the field of graphic design back in the 90′s when Mo’Wax boss James Lavelle took him on board to become the label’s in-house designer. Alongside photographer Will Bankhead he was responsible for the visual aesthetic that best suited the experimental output of what proved to be one of the era’s most innovative imprints.
His iconic work for Mo Wax and later Nike cemented his reputation far beyond that decade. The Air Max 1 Hold Tight and the Dunkle, two of my all-time favorite sneakers as well as his ‘The Dreaming Void’ print are pictured below. His website is just a click away
